This web site is intended for participants to the training on Security Management in Hazardous Environments, organized by the Folke Bernadotte Academy, a Swedish government agency dedicated to improving the quality and effectiveness of international conflict and crisis management, with a particular focus on peace operations.
This course aims to enhance the capacity of senior/middle management and security specialists to improve risk and security management of international organisations and agencies working in dangerous environments. It focuses on the skills necessary to manage safety and security challenges, and on mainstreaming risk and security management into operations and operational decision-making.
